April 24, 2009 Allison will be speaking to the New Mexico Bar Association on the topics of Harassment, Retaliation and Other risky topics such as defamation, fraud and privacy issues.

On September 17, 2007 Allison West presented Just the Facts: Perfecting the Investigation Interview at the Northern California Human Resource Association’s HR West 23rd Annual Conference. For the third time, Allison was the second highest rated speaker.

On February 20, 2007, Allison West conducted a 90-minute interactive webinar for Thompson Publishing Group on The High Cost of Getting Even: Understanding and Preventing Retaliation Claims.

Allison West was one of six expert judges to determine the winner of the Employer Resource Institute’s (ERI) Great California Workplaces Award. The ERI Great California Workplaces Award recognizes California employers of all sizes that have implemented unique, innovative, or exceptionally effective programs that make them stand out.
